Non-refundable deposit

To book an appointment, we require a $15 - $30 non-refundable deposit which goes towards the cost of your service.

Please note that when booking through our website, the deposit will include a small transaction fee of $1.79 that will not be deducted off the final cost. We accept the remaining balance in CASH ONLY, so please make sure to bring the correct amount to your appointment.

Any card or zelle payments will be accepted with a $10 inconvenience fee.

Cancelation policy

We value your time, and we know that you value ours. To ensure that our team can provide high-quality services to everyone, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you must cancel your appointment, please make sure to do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled time to avoid any fees. If you cancel between the 2-3 day mark, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee, and if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

Late policys

At Forever Vida, I strive to provide exceptional beauty services to all of my clients. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, which is why I have removed late fees from my policy. Clients who arrive late will still receive their full service, but within the remaining time of their appointment. If a client opts to request an extension, a $15 fee will be added to the final cost. Communication is key, so please let me know your needs so I can provide the best service possible.

Rescheduling policy

We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. If you need to reschedule between the 2-3 day mark, we will send you an invoice for a $15 rescheduling fee.

If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will send you an invoice for a $15 rescheduling fee and you will be required to repay your deposit.

Post-appointment care

Brush lashes daily
No picking or rubbing lashes
Avoid sleeping on face
Avoid oil based products
No mascara or water proof eye makeup
No lash curlers
Cleanse & brush daily
Book your refills every 2-3 weeks

Please be sure to pay your fees and invoices within 30 days of receiving them to avoid being blocked from our services.

We value our clients and want to ensure all appointments run smoothly. Additionally, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please reach out to us to reschedule or cancel.

No-shows or lack of communication will result in being blocked from our services.

We understand that life can get busy and sometimes things come up unexpectedly.

At Forever Vida, we require a deposit for our services to ensure that our clients show up and honor the appointment time. If you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that we do take your appointment after a no-show, you will be required to pay the full amount of the service as the deposit.
